dashboard-airwallex provides a developer-focused platform for reviewing, rotating, and securing Airwallex API keys. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended solely for authorized developers and businesses managing Airwallex payment integrations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD and are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the exclusive property of dashboard-airwallex and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any system or network, to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service, or to transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of any API keys managed through the Service. dashboard-airwallex does not store plaintext API keys and is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials due to your negligence. Always follow Airwallex's own security guidelines in conjunction with this Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dashboard-airwallex and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
